City Facilities Management – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

The HR Data Analyst will provide advice and support in data management, people dashboards, and analytics, and will develop and implement reporting and people insights across the group. The role will also be responsible for preparing and analysing HR and HSE reports, supporting HRIS administration, and participating in People and Safety projects and programs.

Key Result Area & Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis | HRIS Administration
  • Research and analyse information and data, prepare regular and adhoc reports, and make recommendations regarding business drivers and trends, to support evidence‑based decision making and to maximise reporting efficiencies.
  • Responsible for all People & Safety monthly and ad hoc reports as required by the business.
  • Complete Equal Employment Opportunity and Remuneration reports confidentially, accurately and submit to appropriate authorities as required.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues to facilitate the use of operational data.
  • Provide reports, analysis and advice on information systems including data collection channels.
  • Manage data and reports relating to performance reviews, remuneration and bonus reviews and grading reviews.
  • Provides support to People & Safety team with analysing data and reports.
HRIS & Data Management
  • Ensure data management practices are in place for the HRIS
  • Prepare audit findings and solutions to drive towards best practice data management
  • Create auditing report for the HRIS system to ensure legal and business compliance
  • Manage data integrity, confidentiality and accuracy
  • Lead and support various system configuration requirements
  • Identify and propose solutions for data gaps and manual processes
  • Monitoring system performance and performance to ensure business continuity
Systems & Integration
  • Document business process requirements and translate those to system configuration and/or design requirements
  • Design forms using xml and java script for the ongoing evolution of system
  • Review external software systems and make recommendations in line with business requirements to extend the functionality of the Dayforce system
  • Design and execution of ongoing integrations and extensibility of the Dayforce system
  • Support the roll out of hotfixes and System Upgrades
  • Create, test, document and escalat e any defects to Dayforce
  • Design and build of data models to support the execution of analytics
  • Create, Test and deploy complex algorithms to support advanced analytics modelling
  • Design and build of analytics dashboards using Power BI
People & Safety Initiatives, Projects & Stakeholder Management
  • Providing customer focused service to all team members about People related queries.
  • Assist with the development of People & Safety Plans and Programs and Manage HR projects.
  • Support the People & Safety team in developing new policies, amending policies and assist in communication and implementation of all HR policies and initiatives across the business.
  • Support in the workforce planning process. Provide accurate and timely reports and information to Management and assist management with the analysis of such reports when necessary.
Qualifications / Experience / Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years reporting analyst experience
  • Experience using HR Information Systems
  • Knowledge and experience configuring and using the Dayforce HCM system is an advantage
  • Advanced skills developing and using Power BI
