About the role

As an Employee Lifecycle Executive in the Tier 1, you will play a key role in ensuring the administration that underpins all Employee lifecycle processes is completed accurately and on time and will manage all tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation.

Fixed Term Contract : 1 Year

Work Location : 1 Powerhouse ( Bandar Utama- 5 mins walk from Bandar Utama MRT Station )

Reporting to : ELC Team Lead - APMEA

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively looking for opportunities where processes can be improved and standardized
  • Have as a main priority to provide the best service quality and experience to our APMEA stakeholders
  • Maintaining employees’ information on My Success and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.
  • Managing all leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave).
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the Specialists and People Managers where appropriate.
  • Fulfilling all regular and ad-hoc report requests from our partners around the business.
  • Managing all requests raised through ServiceNow ensuring SLA’s are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalating when required.
  • Maintaining electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible – regularly deleting and archiving information in line with GDPR.
  • Monitoring immigration compliance over the lifecycle of for employees in all countries under your domain including use of the sponsorship process ensuring 100% compliance with Home Office, in country legal requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Proactively lead / support a variety of projects which support Kerry GBS’s Continuous Excellence agenda.
  • Provide support and assistance to Employee Lifecycle Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners
Qualifications and skills
  • High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow & My Success would be an advantage
  • Able to manage all incoming queries and requests for contracts, letters, employee benefits, terms and conditions changes, support with audit requests etc.
  • Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.
  • Possess 1–2 years of HR experience with a formal qualification in Employee Experience would be an advantage.

  • Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee lifecycle process requirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.
  • Comfortable giving feedback to individuals and small groups where necessary to ensure processes continue to be effective and efficient
  • Proactively use problem solving skills to help resolve data errors and issues and ensure knowledge is shared with stakeholders and colleagues within the wider Employee lifecycle section.
