Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, manager input, and skills gap analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs (internal workshops, external trainers, e-learning, certifications).
- Manage training budgets, attendance, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Drive continuous learning culture and support career development initiatives.
- Maintain training records, reports, and HRDF claims (if applicable).
2. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business units, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
3. Performance & KPI
- Coordinate the implementation of the company’s performance management system in accordance with the approved policy.
- Support managers in setting, reviewing, and aligning employee KPIs with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Monitor KPI progress and performance results throughout the appraisal cycle, ensuring timely evaluations.
- Administer performance appraisal exercises, including documentation, tracking, and record-keeping.
- Prepare performance reports and analysis for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in managing underperformance cases, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and ensure proper follow-up.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with the performance management policy and HR standards.
4. Ad Hoc HR Projects & Support
- Support HR-related projects, events, and engagement activities as required.
- Assist in policy updates, reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments from management to support business and HR priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to training, recruitment, or campus hiring preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
