HR Executive
Job Description
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other related contributions
- Ensure payroll records and reports are properly maintained
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Manage leave records, overtime, allowances, and employee claims
- Support salary reviews, adjustments, and annual increment exercises
Foreign Worker Management
- Handle foreign worker permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies on foreign labor matters
- Maintain accurate records for foreign worker documentation and permits
HR Operations & Employee Records
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and related documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Support & Administration
- Assist in HR reporting and audits
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Hands‑on experience in Payroll, C&B administration, EIS, EPF, SOCSO, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience handling foreign worker permits and documentation
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Able to work Monday - Saturday (half day)
- Able to speak Mandarin is a MUST
