Role Description

The HRBP will supports daily HR & administration operations for an expanding manufacturing site while driving HR process improvements, ensuring ESG compliance, and supporting the HR Manager on strategic HR planning. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional with strong factory HR experience, audit readiness mindset, and the ability to translate HR strategy into executable HR programs.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience in manufacturing / heavy industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in HR operations and labor compliance.
  • Proven experience in HR process improvement (SOPs, workflow redesign, implementation projects).
  • Exposure to ESG / ethical labor / customer audits is a strong advantage.
  • Strong documentation skills, audit readiness and attention to detail.
  • Able to work hands‑on with factory workforce and multiple stakeholders.
