The Senior Manager, HRBP – Malaysia, will act as a key HR leader supporting business growth and transformation in the Malaysia‑based hub. This role partners closely with senior business leaders and functional heads to deliver people strategies aligned to organizational goals.
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across Malaysia.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support talent development, workforce planning, and business growth.
Drive organizational design, change management, and culture‑building initiatives.
Support HR operations and business partnering activities in Malaysia.
Ensure alignment of HR practices with global/regional HR frameworks and adapt to local contexts.
Collaborate with in‑country HR representatives and CoEs to implement effective solutions.
Lead talent planning processes, performance reviews, and succession planning activities.
Champion leadership development and high‑potential employee programs in Malaysia.
Promote an inclusive workplace and support DE&I goals.
Guide local HR teams in managing employee relations cases and labor law compliance in Malaysia.
Advise managers on sensitive people matters and help foster a positive employee experience.
Utilize people data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.
Monitor HR KPIs and metrics across the region to identify trends and areas for improvement.
