A global manufacturer of construction materials is looking for an HR Executive / Senior Executive to drive employee engagement and leadership development across the APAC region. This role involves leading the deployment of the Employee Engagement Survey, coordinating leadership programs, and overseeing internal communications. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Director, Communication and HR, APAC, the HR Executive / Senior Executive, APAC, will drive topics across Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication and others, through the leading and coordination of regional HR-People programs, initiatives, and best practices across the APAC region.
