We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to play a key role in shaping how we support, develop, and engage our people.
This role reports to the Head of HR & Office Manager, who will retain responsibility for payroll, office management, finance, and salary negotiations. Serving as a core partner to the team, you will drive day‑to‑day HR operations while elevating our people practices. You will oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance, and be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding set up and offboarding processes
- Issue and manage employment contracts, confirmations, extensions, and exits
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR matters
Policies, Compliance & Employee Relations
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations
- Support disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance issues
Performance Management & Development
- Administer performance review cycles and documentation
- Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on manpower planning
- Support onboarding readiness for newemployees
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement and well‑being initiatives
- Support internal communications and employee feedback activities
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse insights
HR Reporting & Systems
- Prepare monthly HR metrics (headcount, attrition, leave trends)
- Support HR system administration and process improvements
- 5+ years HR generalist experience (SME or tech environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws
- Hands‑on experience in employee relations and performance management
- Strong communication, discretion, and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative environment and independently
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) as well as a good command of Bahasa Melayu
