Job description

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive / HR Assistant Manager to manage HR functions across two outlets. You will handle full spectrum of HR as a sole contributor for less than 200 headcounts. You will also provide administrative support, liaise with distributors for manpower hiring, and visit outlets as needed. Reporting to the GM and MD, this role requires a strong background in HR and experience with info-tech system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and collaborating with distributors for manpower hiring.
  • Training & Development: Conduct orientation and COCE training, identify training needs, and implement development programs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, address grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Leave Management: Manage payroll processing and track employee leave, ensuring timely and accurate payments and compliance with policies.
  • Staff Records & HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and provide administrative support.
  • Outlet Visits & HRight: Conduct visits to other outlets to ensure consistent HR practices and support local teams.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Report regularly to the GM and MD on HR metrics and key issues.
  • Info-Tech Systems Utilization: Use HR software to streamline HR processes like payroll, performance management, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • Experience in handling disciplinary cases and staff misconduct
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity and self-discipline
  • Possess own transport and able to travel when required
  • Willing and able to work extra hours when required
  • Experience in Info-tech system will be given advantage
  • Able to start work within a month will be given advantage

Working hours: 7.50am - 5.30pm
