This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team within the Accounting Division, providing professional accounting and financial consulting services to key clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring business compliance, and driving both business growth and the professional development of the team.

Lead and manage: Oversee accounting and financial service tasks for clients, develop project execution plans, and ensure their implementation.
Engage with clients: Understand their business needs and provide customized solutions, including regulatory guidance and compliance risk alerts.
Oversee financial processes: Ensure timely cash inflow and stable division cash flow through client billing, expense settlement, and collections.
Build client relationships: Conduct regular client visits, identify potential business opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop team members: Provide professional skill guidance, career planning, and mentoring to cultivate a high-quality service team.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or MIA are preferred.
Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial services, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
Skills: Proficient in financial accounting standards, auditing regulations, and relevant regulatory policies; excellent client communication, relationship management, and business negotiation skills.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Chinese is a plus for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients.
