What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team at Pin Wang Frozen Food Sdn Bhd in Kulai Johor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting the broader accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and reconciliation
• Monitor manufacturing costs, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Prepare costing reports, BOM costing, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate monthly closing and financial reporting
• Assist in reporting, audit schedules, and statutory submissions
• Liaise with suppliers, operations, and production teams on cost‑related matters
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for the organization
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support
