Job summary

A well-established public-listed company in Selangor is looking for a Corporate Accountant. This role requires conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses, managing tax planning, and ensuring internal control processes are effective. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a public-listed company or Big 4, as well as a degree in Accounting or finance-related fields. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with stakeholders. A strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of financial performance is desired for this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC or Big 4.
  • Experience in group consolidation is compulsory.
  • Good knowledge of P&L, financial analysis, tax, banking, and cash flow management.

Our client is a well-established public-listed company providing advanced manufacturing and testing services to global customers across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analysis to support day-to-day Business Unit activities and improve cost efficiency.

Review, strengthen, razem implement financial operating processes, internal controls, and policies across Business Units.

Evaluate internal audit reports and findings, driving SOP enhancements and continuous process improvements.

Review and analyze budgets, cash flows, and financial and operational performance of Business Units.

Manage group tax planning and oversee tax-related matters for Business Units.

Estas

Support analysis of financial results across the investment portfolio and operating entities.

Coordinate and liaise with MOQ internal stakeholders, including overseas Business Units and subsidiaries, as well as external professional parties such as lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree mangg Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional papers (ACCA/ICAEW/CPA)
