Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Handle full set of accounts for the company, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow monitoring and basic financial reports.

Manage payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST).

Coordinate year-end audit and tax matters with external accountants and auditors.

Oversee office administration, including purchase of groceries and office supplies.

Arrange office maintenance, repairs, cleaners and service providers when required.

Manage vendors, utilities, renewals and office expenses.

Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for accounts and administration.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with proven ability to handle full set accounts independently.
  • Experience at Manager / Senior level preferred.
  • Familiar with Malaysian statutory and compliance requirements.
  • Chinese-speaking candidates preferred (for internal and external coordination).
  • AutoCount accounting software experience is a strong advantage.
