A financial services company in Klang City is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts and oversee office administration. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience, preferably at a managerial level. Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements and proficiency in AutoCount accounting software are significant advantages. Handle full set of accounts for the company, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow monitoring and basic financial reports.
Manage payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST).
Coordinate year-end audit and tax matters with external accountants and auditors.
Oversee office administration, including purchase of groceries and office supplies.
Arrange office maintenance, repairs, cleaners and service providers when required.
Manage vendors, utilities, renewals and office expenses.
Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for accounts and administration.
