Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's goals and growth plans.

Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and long-term forecasting.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across business units.

Monitor KPIs and present insights to management for decision-making.

Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.

Manage cash flow, liquidity and banking relationships.

Oversee capital structure, debt facilities and investment policies.

Optimize working capital and financing arrangements.

Establish internal controls, policies and reporting systems.

Lead financing, fundraising, M&A and due diligence activities.

Evaluate investments (return on capital), partnership and strategic transactions.

Lead and oversee IPO preparation initiatives, including financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, governance enhancement and readiness assessment, while coordinating with advisors, auditors, investment bankers and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance and successful market entry.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

Professional certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 3 years working as a CFO in listed or multinational companies.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.

Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.

Familiarity with IPO preparation, investor relations or capital market reporting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken.

Candidates with working experience in manufacturing line will be an added advantage.
