- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of gifts, flyers, and print materials
- Help arrange event crew and ensure sufficient manpower for all event days
- Support in identifying and proposing relevant upcoming events for participation
- Oversee and assist event crew operations to ensure smooth execution
- Stay responsive to any on-ground issues or unforeseen changes
- Help track real-time KPIs and provide support to optimize outcomes during the event
- Collect and compile part-timer attendance and details for salary processing
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries of event performance and learnings
- Research and propose trending content ideas aligned with the brand
- Assist in planning and coordinating shoots with the in-house videographer
- Participate in street interviews or outreach campaigns to boost brand engagement and visibility
