Job summary
A dynamic drone solutions company in Subang Jaya seeks a Marketing Executive to drive brand and demand strategies. You will execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events and develop marketing materials. Ideal candidates should have good attention to detail and be able to manage multiple stakeholders. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and travel within Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities
- Roll out on-ground marketing campaigns to drive awareness and qualified leads.
- Lead the coordination of Aonic’s presence at industry events and roadshows.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop a wide range of marketing materials.
- Work closely with product, sales, operations, and branch teams across Malaysia.
- Monitor KPIs like campaign ROI and event leads.

As a Marketing Executive,you’ll help drive brand and demand strategies across precision agriculture to industrial automation.This is not a typical agency-style role. You’ll be hands-on with real-world campaigns, collaborate with ourcommercial and tech teams, and take the lead on events, exhibitions, and outreach programs that shape thefuture of industry solutions in Malaysia.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Roll out on-ground marketing campaigns to drive awareness andqualified leads.
- Events & Exhibitions: Lead the coordination of Aonic’s presence at industry events and roadshows, includingvendor management, booth setup, on-ground execution, and lead generation.
- Content & Collateral Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop a wide range of marketingmaterials, including product flyers, sales kits, event backdrops, social media assets, and email templates tosupport campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, operations, and branch teams acrossMalaysia to ensure seamless execution across the Agriculture and Industrial verticals.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs like campaign ROI, event leads and and support timely reporting forinternal reviews.
