Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to support sales activation and event-based marketing activities for our clients across F&B, hospitality, healthcare, and entertainment industries.

This role involves face-to-face sales, event setup, customer engagement, and executing marketing campaigns, both indoor and outdoor.

Suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, meeting people, and representing brands on-ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face sales and promotional activities at malls, roadshows, events, and public venues.
  • Support event setup, booth preparation, logistics, and on-ground coordination.
  • Present and promote product/service packages to potential customers.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand activation campaigns and marketing events.
  • Engage customers, collect leads, and provide product information.
  • Track daily/weekly performance, leads, sales, and event results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venue partners when required.
  • Maintain a positive brand image and ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.
  • Passionate in sales, events, marketing, and public engagement.
  • Comfortable working both indoor & outdoor with crowds/public areas.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work weekends, public events and flexible hours depending on campaign schedule.
  • Experience in sales, brand activation, event crew, promoter, or roadshow teams is an advantage
