We are seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Hall Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our banquet events. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands‑on experience managing banquet setups and service, and the ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences during large‑scale functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the banquet service team during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate closely with the relevant teams and event planning teams for seamless service.
  • Ensure proper setup of banquet halls based on event requirements.
  • Monitor service standards throughout the event and address any service gaps immediately.
  • Conduct team briefings before events and assign duties accordingly.
  • Train and guide banquet staff to uphold service quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure post‑event breakdown, cleanliness, and inventory checks are properly managed.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and ensure timely requisition or maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in the hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Strong background in banquet operations, preferably in large‑scale events and functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of F&B service standards and event execution.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage a large team during peak hours.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience in handling VIP events, weddings, and corporate functions.
