Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, DigitalMedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge in social media trends, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in coordinating with creative teams, external vendors, and internal departments.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
  1. 1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
    • Plan and monitor content strategy and ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for OUTPOST brands.
    • Work closely with influencers, affiliates, our own retail outlet staff (as content creators), and internal/external photographers for content production.
    • Oversee customer engagement, campaign performance, and follower growth.
  2. 3. Communications & Outlet Promotions
    • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
    • Prepare partnership decks and proposals for collaborations with partners.
    • Work closely with Operations Departments together with Retail Supervisors to plan for retail outlet promotions.
  3. 4. Graphic Design Oversight
    • Supervise the in-house graphic design team in developing visual assets for social media, print, packaging, store branding, and event promotions.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design materials aligned with brand identity. Outsource to freelance Graphic Designers, if necessary.
    • Approve design concepts.
  4. 5. Event Planning & Coordination
    • Plan and coordinate marketing events comprising marching competitions and teachers & students training courses in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, working together with Business Development and Events Department.
    • Liaise with event premise owners, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Track event budgets, ROI, and post-event reporting.
  5. 6. Online Marketplace & E-Commerce
    • Oversee content, promotions, and campaign strategies for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company\'s official e-commerce store.
    • Monitor store traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and generate monthly sales performance reports.
