Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Executive (In-House) to create visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity and doctor engagement initiatives. This role involves designing marketing materials, social media content, event visuals, and digital assets to support our branding, educational, and promotional efforts.

You will also assist in coordinating webinars and workshops, ensuring smooth event execution and professional presentation of materials.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Content Creation (In-house)
  • Design marketing materials, brochures, leaflets, event banners, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
  • Work with sales and clinical teams to create visually appealing and informative materials.
  • Use software tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms to produce engaging content.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement (In-house)
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Create and edit videos, graphics, and written content for digital marketing.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
3. Webinar & Workshop Coordination
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual workshop including webinars, workshops, and refresher courses for doctors.
  • Assist in collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and professional execution.
4. Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the company’s success.
  • Experience using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other Google tools is an advantage for form design, registration tracking, and event coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, event planning, and graphic design.
