WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your role as a JOB TITLE is one of the most exciting in our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to post-event reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Work with vendors, partners, and venues for logistics and execution.
• Support marketing with campaign materials and content calendars.
• Analyze sales and campaign data to improve reseller performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies for content and social media.
• Prepare reports and presentations to share insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Experience in planning and executing events or activations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Marketing or social media experience is a plus.
• Experience in sales or social commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Open-minded, fast learner, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
