Job description
Upstream Payment Management

Prepare payment applications to the Employer in accordance with contract terms, including progress payments, advance payments, variation claims, and price adjustments. Coordinate with site, planning, and engineering teams to verify actual progress and ensure accuracy and justification of claims.

Downstream Payment and Subcontractor Coordination

Review subcontractors' payment applications based on verified quantities and confirmed progress; Assist the finance team in processing payments in line with contract provisions and site realities; Manage subcontract performance and contractual variations to control cost and mitigate risks.

Contract Variations and Claims

Support identification and submission of proposals, and compile supporting documents with cost assessments; Monitor the approval process to ensure timely incorporation of changes into contractual frameworks.

Documentation and Commercial Reporting

Prepare monthly contract performance reports, payments tracking sheets, and variation registers; Provide business insights and assist senior management in commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

A bachelor degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Hydropower Engineering, Law, Finance, or International Business is required.
