Job summary
A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all contract administration and compliance. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, collaborating with legal teams, and managing risks to ensure favorable terms. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 12 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction industry standards.
- Proven experience in dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal teams and management to draft and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and mitigate risks in contracts through effective negotiation.
- Oversee contract execution and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor contract progress, ensuring milestones are met.
