What You'll Be Doing:
Contract & Procurement
  • Prepare recommendations for contractor award procurement.

  • Review and verify tender documents, including quantity take-offs.

  • Conduct cost analysis for contractors' variation orders.

  • Evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparison reports.

Project & Cost Management
  • Prepare interim certificates for contractor payments.

  • Liaise with QS/Consultants in reviewing and finalizing project accounts.

  • Verify and process consultants' fee claims.

Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.

Material & Supplier Coordination
  • Handle procurement of materials.

  • Coordinate material delivery schedules between contractors and suppliers.

  • Process supplier payments.

Team Support & Other Duties
  • Assist the project team in all QS-related tasks.

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or management.

Who We're Looking For:
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in property development

  • Strong knowledge of QS, contracts and cost control.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage timelines.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.

  • High integrity with a strong sense of compliance.
