• Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Measurement, taking off and preparation of bills of quantities.
• Preparation of tender documents and contract documents.
• Assist in tender evaluation, interview and award process.
• Attend site, client & consultant meetings.
• Evaluate & carry out cost benefit analysis.
• Attend site valuation and prepare valuation certification.
• Assist in the preparation of variation orders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost to complete reports.
• Responsible for both pre and post contract phases of the project.
• Verification of project costing documents.
• Advising superiors on contract details.
• Handling multiple projects.

Able to prepare cost estimate , bill of quantities

Able to prepare cost estimate , bill of quantities and interim valuation certificate

Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful and result oriented

Able to work independently under pressure to produce the desired result within the desired deadline

Able to travel outstation if necessary

Salary will be commensurate with relevant working experience

Requirement

• Assist in the preparation of variation order.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast cost to complete report
• Responsible for both and post contract phases of the project Trans
• Verification of project costing documents
• Advising superiors on contract details
• Handling multiple projects
