We are looking for experienced individuals (preferably with management consulting experience) to join us on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be part of our team, collaborating with clients to tackle business challenges, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy dynamic project work and bringing fresh ideas to complex issues for a period that could range between 3 months to 1 year.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Collaborate with project team members to conduct thorough research and gather relevant data to support client engagements.
• Assist in analysing complex business challenges, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and solutions.
• Contribute to the development of insightful and data-driven recommendations that address project needs and objectives.
• Support development of business proposals
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, Labs, and presentations, showcasing your analytical insights and contributing to discussions.
• Create and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support implementation of recommended solutions, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic and social health of nations, and leading practices in sustainability, governance, and economic development to enhance your consulting expertise and deliver value to our clients.

Key Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and develop practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and other relevant software will be a plus.
• Comfortable with working in a team environment
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn, as well as a proactive approach to tackling challenges and taking on new responsibilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Availability and appetite for travel if required
