Responsibility
Market Development & Customer Management
- Conduct market research and gather industry and competitor information.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to support business growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits to track project progress and post-sales requirements.
Quotation & Contract Management
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and perform cost analysis in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in business negotiations and contract signing to safeguard company interests.
- Monitor contract execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data and market trends; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize customer portfolio and product mix.
- Assist in developing sales targets and improvement plans.
Business Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the communication link between customers and internal departments, coordinating pricing, delivery, and quality matters.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Participate in trade shows and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Internal Support & Administration
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, product presentations, quotation templates, and proposal documents.
- Track departmental weekly and monthly reports and support KPI monitoring.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
