Chrisjac Recruitment are delighted to be working with this highly respected services company to engage junior accounting‑finance related staff on a 2-month contract basis. This company based at Bukit Jalil requires 2 temporary/contract staff to start ASAP. This temporary role will be for the months of November‑December with an immediate start based at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

This role offers an immediate start on a temporary contract basis for 2-3 months. Reporting to Finance Manager/Executive, the primary purpose of Finance staff is to manage the Accounts Receivable and Sales & Service Tax in a timely and accurate basis. In this role, you will be working alongside the senior Executive and Manager on a day-to-day basis in the finance department.

Primary Tasks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio.
  • Key in data in the accounting system.
  • Enter invoices into the system.
  • Data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Manage and be responsible for the SST submission.
  • Liaise with operations and other departments to gather information, queries, and to enter information into operational finance systems.
The Candidate
  • Must be Malaysian with a minimum SPM or diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance.
  • Some work experience would be ideal.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
