Job summary

A construction company in Malaysia is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist with contract management and cost estimation. Responsibilities include forecasting material costs, managing budget adjustments, and liaising with project teams. • Prepare Final Account with subcontractor and Consultant QS.

• Track changes on the design or construction work and adjust budget projection accordingly.
• Prepare monthly subcontractor's certificate.
• Liaise with consultant and project site team.
• Select and source construction materials.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
• Prepare Final Account with subcontractor and Consultant QS.
