Who You Are:

The SAP Sales & Distribution Business Analyst is an integral part of the SAP Lumileds Center of Excellence translating business requirements into IT solutions and to balance out of the box solutions versus specific business requirements minimizing customizations and understands business processes E2E organization and objectives and is able to translate these into IT solutions maximizing added value. He/she will be a counterpart of the Business Process Owner for functional requirements and works together with all involved parties within IT to also covering 2nd & 3rd level support, including problem management and continuous improvements, with as primary goal business can rely on a fully functional chain of IT components for running their business.

Position Summary (What you will do) :

• Collaborates with the business and IT stakeholders to elaborate on the requirements and is early involved in the solution design and estimations
• Build effective and productive key business stakeholder relationships (including Business Process owners)
• Understands how the IT solution supports the Business process E2E
• Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions
• Responsible to maximize the use and acceptance of standard / catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes
• Determine what functionality is required in terms of design, structure and configuration, in line with internal guidelines and procedures, in order to translate the IT requirements into an optimum IT solution
• Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements
• Flexible responds to shifting business needs and requirements
• Program, document and maintain (parts of) the IT solution, based on current design methods and techniques, in order to ensure that the product runs according to the specifications.
• Test, analyze test results and repair new IT solutions in a development, test and production environment, in order to develop an IT solution that can be implemented.
• Prioritize solution implementation steps according to the most crucial business process improvements, in order to structure the development process.
• Identify business benefits versus cost of design, building and implementation, in order to realize cost-effective IT solutions.
• Train key users, ensure the availability of training, and support material.

What You Will Bring (RequiredQualifications):

• Should have worked on Core SAP SD areas and having HANA S/4 SD would be added advantage Critical SD area, Org Str, Order Management, Delivery Management, Billing area, ATP Pricing, etc
• Involved in at least 2-3 full cycle of SAP SD delivery implementation projects with SAP MM and or SAP EWM integration
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Experience and knowledge of integration with SAP is preferable.
• Experience in Hybris; e-commerce system is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling typical support tasks (incidents, changes, service requests and problem management).
• Experience with working in global SAP IT projects is a must.
• Able to manage of multiple stakeholders inside a large client;
• Experienced and skilled in working with virtual teams cross-function and cross the globe
• Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled by IT;
• Energy and self-propelling; High level of inter-personal skills;
• Strong analytical and soft skills;
• Ability to deal with complex organizations and situations and the ability to deliver under pressure;
• Team player and experienced team builder;
• Native or Fluent in English;
• Solid communication skills and ability to build network within the organization

• Strong analytical skills combined with technical IT knowledge
• Area of expertise on SAP integration with other applications
• Ability and eagerness to work within different time-zones
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with business and/or information technology focus; highly desirable to have M.B.A. degree or equivalent;
• 3 - 7 years of experience minimum
