We’re seeking a Business Analyst who isn’t just about collecting requirements, but who is passionate about measuring success through outcomes. From discovery to testing to impact tracking, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our AI Agents deliver real business value.

Responsibilities

• Outcome First – Translate client problems into measurable outcomes and ensure every AI Agent solution delivers tangible business results.
• Discover & Define – Understand client challenges deeply, and co-design AI Agent use cases that create efficiency, automation, and growth.
• Solution Shaping – Work with developers to align AI Agent workflows and integrations with client needs, focusing on value, not just features.
• Testing & Validation – Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and outcome validation to ensure solutions meet agreed business goals.
• Continuous Optimization – Analyze adoption metrics, feedback, and performance data to recommend refinements for greater impact.
• Communicate Impact – Document not just requirements but also business outcomes achieved, turning project results into client success stories.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Able to break down complex business problems into structured requirements, workflows, and measurable outcomes. Comfortable analyzing business processes, data flows, metrics, and operational inefficiencies.
• Customer Discovery & Problem Framing Skills: Proven ability to engage clients to uncover real business requirements, pain points, constraints, and root causes — not just surface-level requests.
• Clear & Professional Communicator: Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers, business users, and internal technical teams. Capable of explaining complex AI and system concepts in simple, business-friendly language. Comfortable leading requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and UAT discussions.
• Outcome Mindset: Thinks beyond feature delivery and measures success by tangible business value and impact delivered.
• Testing & Validation Competence: Hands-on involvement in UAT coordination, writing acceptance criteria, and validating solutions end-to-end. Able to ensure delivered solutions meet both functional requirements and intended business outcomes.
• Analytical & Data-Savvy: Comfortable working with metrics and insights to prove solution effectiveness.
• Adaptive & Proactive: Positive, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving AI innovation environment. Willing to continuously learn new AI, automation, and system concepts.
• Bonus/Added Advantage:

• Prior experience working on ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g., sales, finance, HR, inventory, or operations modules).
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, automation platforms, or AI-powered workflows.
• Business Analyst experience in the property development or real estate industry, including sales operations, commission structures, customer journey, or project lifecycle systems.
• Experience in digital transformation projects involving system integration, workflow automation, or data platforms.
