We are seeking highly analytical and commercially driven Business Analyst to join our Strategic Business team. The role focuses on enabling informed commercial decisions by translating data into actionable insights, identifying and driving initiatives that enhance revenue, margin, and operational efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor and report on work progress, proactively mitigate complications, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Support the preparation of reports, commercial presentations, and training materials.
- Lead or support the design and rollout of new workflows, procedures, systems, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries, provide timely support and address user concerns.
- Implement and oversee improvements and additional features in CRM system to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Drive and enforce compliance framework (ISO, PDPA etc.) across departments.
- Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and leverage data analytics to enhance assurance coverage and operational efficiency.
- Undertake additional assignments as required to support business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations analysis preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills, and a high level of attention to details.
- Clear and effective communicator who can navigate ambiguity, break down complex issues into data‑driven insights, and present them clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work comfortably across multiple business units.
- Experience managing CRM systems and optimizing their use for business processes.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO, PDPA, GDPR.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with process automation tools (eg. Power Automate) is a plus.
