Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Business Analystwith a strong background inInsuranceandClaims Operations. The ideal candidate has deepexpertisein business/process analysis, excels at gathering and documenting requirements, and brings a solidtechno-functionalunderstanding to bridge business needs with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex insurance and claims-related initiatives.
  • Analyze, document, andoptimizebusiness processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed requirement elicitation sessions with business users, SMEs, and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear and well-structureduser stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively.
  • Support solution design byleveragingdeep domain knowledge and techno-functional perspective.
  • Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  • Assess change impacts and support change management activities.
  • Ensure alignment of business goals with project outcomes and delivery timelines.
  • Identifygaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within insurance and claims processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10–15 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
  • Proven experience defining and documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Expertisein writinguser stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Solidtechno-functional background, able to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
