Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the Business Operations and Technology Solutions Team. This role will work closely with the Product Manager to gather business requirements, prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents, and translate business needs into clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for the technical team. The role acts as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of change requests (CRs) and project milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Product Manager and support day-to-day product and project activities
  • Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Collate and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents
  • Translate SOW and business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Communicate and clarify requirements with developers and technical teams
  • Work closely with Quality Analysts (QA) to support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate and track Change Requests (CRs), ensuring agreed timelines and deadlines
  • Strict follow-up until completion
  • Assist in project coordination activities such as timeline tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation
  • Ensure deliverables align with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Background or strong knowledge in Information Technology (IT)
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Hands-on experience working with Websites
  • Web portals (SaaS platforms)
  • Mobile applications
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple change requests and deadlines concurrently
Nice to Have / Added Advantage
  • Understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
  • Experience handling projects related to healthcare systems or platforms
