Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
  • Analyze data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and recommendations.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and IT solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and understanding of IT systems and architectures.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Able to read, speak and write in mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
