Qualifications

• Solid understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, and data flows
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences
• Comfortable collaborating with international, interdisciplinary teams
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications (a strong plus)
