Job description

We are seeking a Regional Business Analyst as part of an internal group transfer to support ongoing regional data and AI initiatives across multiple markets. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of group-wide systems, processes, and reporting frameworks, and acts as a key liaison between regional stakeholders and technical teams.

This position requires in-depth understanding of internal platforms, governance models, and cross-border operational requirements, and is not a general Business Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support regional and group-level data and AI transformation initiatives
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements aligned with internal systems and standards
  • Act as a key liaison between regional stakeholders, product, and technical teams
  • Ensure continuity and alignment of existing group platforms, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Facilitate change management and stakeholder alignment across multiple countries
  • Support system enhancements, rollouts, and optimisation initiatives at regional level
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to local teams
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • Prior experience supporting regional or group-wide initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, or AI-related solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within a multinational or group environment is highly preferred
