Technical Lead 2

Would be ideal Python 3.13 at an intermediate level (current stable Python Release) PyTest experience strongly desired. Must be comfortable in Linux (as the development environment is CloudTop Linux (DEB)). Must know Docker 3. Experience: 6 - 8 years.

Day

• Oversee the development and deployment of software solutions using Docker and Python to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and implement innovative solutions that align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain the integrity and quality of the codebase.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to improve development processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of software applications implementing enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the security and integrity of software systems.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team promoting flexibility and adaptability in project execution.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that support the companys growth and innovation objectives.

• Possess strong expertise in Docker and Python with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate experience in the ISV and Hi‑Tech domains showcasing an understanding of industry‑specific challenges and opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Show proficiency in agile methodologies with experience in leading agile teams and projects.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
