As the senior manager for National Accounts such as Chedraui (Top #4) and La Comer, you will lead and drive long-term customer satisfaction, productive partnerships, and category profitable growth by aligning each business unit's purpose within our customers across +500 stores in Mexico. Additionally, you will enhance shopper experience, increase Unilever Brands Points of Interruption, and drive sales through well-executed and impactful Perfect Store Priorities at Nielsen Areas 4 and 6. You will be responsible for developing 5 direct reports and managing more than 400 indirect reports.
As a manager, you will actively participate in bringing your customer's voice, needs, and business opportunities into the IBP (Integrated Business Plan) and communicate updates in each QCR (Quarterly Customer Review) with the CSP (Customer Strategic and Planning) team collaboration. You will lead and maintain discipline in priorities, innovations, and account management processes through your team. You will regularly visit stores (physical and digital) to ensure excellent execution, listen to customer feedback, and stay close to the EDGE team. As a leader, you will also focus on developing, training, and engaging your team members over time. You should be skilled at achieving OKRs and demonstrate Standard of Leadership (SOLs) and Customer Development Skills.

Category Growth / dCommerce: Lead omnichannel category growth plans to enable customers to purchase our brands in any environment, providing engaging and interactive experiences.
Talent Catalyst: Empower and invest in people, fostering teamwork and connection for better results.
Analytical Skills and Experience: Solid background in sales or negotiation, with experience in developing innovative initiatives or transformation projects. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and rally support behind a shared vision.
Experience as a frontline manager, preferably with Chedraui or La Comer, and critical experience as a CSP.
Manage by example, build credibility, and create a safe environment for your team.
