Sales Operations Analyst – Remote from Mexico (Preferred location: Puebla)

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our U.S. Sales team remotely. This role plays a key part in optimizing sales processes and ensuring accurate performance insights.
Location: Remote from Mexico (Preferred location: Puebla)
Level: Junior
Business Area: Sales Operations – U.S. Commercial Team
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure and improve sales processes.
• Track and report KPIs for the sales team.
• Monitor pipeline accuracy and health.
Technical Knowledge:
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce.
Required Experience:
• Previous experience in the IT sector.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management techniques.
• Strong understanding of key sales metrics.
Key Competencies:
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Language:
• English proficiency: minimum 70%
