Descripción de la vacante
A leading insurance provider is seeking a Customer Care Associate II responsible for outbound calls and providing quality customer service regarding property insurance. This position is remote and demands a self-motivated, organized individual capable of working independently and maintaining high performance standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and hold a High School Diploma. The role supports a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Formación
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Proven organization and attendance punctuality.
Responsabilidades
- Initiate high volume outbound calls to provide effective customer service.
- Assist with policy information and process complaints.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
