The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales and credit, alongside a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing managers, analyzing sales performance, and fostering internal relationships. The position offers a flexible working environment, allowing significant remote work while driving results for the company.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales or credit.
- Ability to work 50%-75% of the time and out of a home office.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-10 managers in field execution strategies.
- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans.
- Develop relationships with internal partners and respond to escalated issues.
