We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor to help us build a high‑performing video advertising engine in the USA. You’ll be at the center of our acquisition marketing, creating and optimizing short‑form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms — all designed to drive leads and fuel growth.
Edit, optimize, and scale video ads that perform — testing variations, analyzing results, and doubling down on what converts.
Build creative specifically for performance marketing campaigns.
Collaborate tightly with our USA Marketing team and Center of Digital Excellence to develop and test new creative strategies.
Use AI and emerging tools to scale video advertising globally, increasing both speed and output without compromising quality.
Support broader social video content needs as we stand up our dedicated video advertising function.
Stay on top of trends and platform best practices, ensuring our creative is always fresh, native, and competitive.
Consistently driving down CPL and pushing up CTR, CVR, and other core performance metrics.
Rapid, high‑volume output — constantly iterating, testing, and learning at pace.
Bold creative experimentation, with a steady stream of new ideas that unlock fresh acquisition angles.
Building a scalable video advertising engine that delivers reliable, measurable lead flow.
Becoming the go‑to partner for our performance marketing and innovation teams — turning creative into growth.
Proven experience editing social‑first video content for performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Strong portfolio of high‑engagement, high‑conversion ads or short‑form video content.
Deep understanding of what makes content “stop the scroll” and convert in a paid social environment.
Ability to move fast, test constantly, and balance creative instincts with data‑driven decision‑making.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar tools.
