Job summary
A leading social media platform in Mexico City is seeking an experienced seller growth specialist to enhance the seller experience. You will identify and onboard high-potential sellers, manage relationships, and provide operational support. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and is fluent in English. Join us to innovate the commerce landscape for our users.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in seller growth, account management, or e-commerce operations.
- Fluency in English.

- Identify and onboard high-potential sellers, guiding them through their growth journey.
- Manage seller relationships via calls, messages, and community engagement.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and operational support to maximize seller performance.
- Develop scalable incubation strategies and implement data-driven solutions to boost sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance seller experience.

- Willingness to relocate if required.
