Public Sector Account Director – Learning Solutions (LatAm & Iberia)
Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking a Hybrid Account Director (Spanish) to join their Learning Solutions team in Mexico City. This role focuses on generating new opportunities within Public Sector institutions in LATAM and Iberia. Responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, closing new business, and articulating the value proposition to senior leaders. Candidates must have 6 years of sales experience and fluency in both English and Spanish. This position requires travel approximately 30% of the time.
Qualifications
- 6 years of quota carrying sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Public sector sales experience.
- Experience of managing and responding to tenders.
Responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships.
- Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously.
- Articulate LinkedIn Learning's value proposition to senior business leaders.
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory.
- Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice.
- Listen to the market needs and share insights.
