Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to resolve product quality concerns from customers and suppliers across Mexico and the U.S. The role ensures compliance with quality certifications and facilitates collaboration for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience in the medical and automotive industries and strong communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- Valid visa to travel.
- Experience in the medical and automotive industries.
- Proven experience in quality certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF).
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve product quality issues and complaints from customers in both Mexico and the U.S.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with suppliers.
- Ensure the company maintains compliance with relevant quality certifications and standards.
- Participate in performance review meetings and present quality-related results and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Skills

- Proven experience in quality certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Strong background in results-driven meetings and customer communication.
