Job summary

This remote role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on supporting the COO and leadership. Responsibilities include managing the executive calendar, coordinating travel, and supporting operational projects. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in high-growth settings, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to working during PST hours. Qualifications
- 4+ years experience supporting executive leadership in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and sensitive communications.
- Must be available to work during core PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the executive calendar across time zones.
- Support operational initiatives including product rollouts and event logistics.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel and event logistics.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for executive communication.
- Help create and maintain dashboards and reporting on KPIs.
