About The Team/role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry while leading a high-performing sales team, coaching and developing them to achieve business results and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling the go-to-market strategy for a team of Hunters who will drive high-impact restaurant onboarding. As restaurants transition onto the platform, your team will probably evolve from a hunter model to a farmer model, focusing on long-term partner growth. This role is critical to our regional expansion and our continued leadership in the food delivery space.
