Come join the CF34 team! The CF34 platform has 3 engine models, more than 800 customers and over 6,000 engines flying. It’s also the only Aviation program fully supported by GEIQ: Repair, Mechanical Design, Thermal, Performance, Controls, Analysis, PDE, PSE, Systems and more. The CF34 LCE Design team has ownership across the -3/-8/-10 engine lines covering all Turbomachinery Modules.
We are looking for an experienced engineer skilled and passionate on the Mechanical Design discipline. The Design Engineer (E3) will work in Design projects and perform identified duties related to Turbomachinery hardware, assemblies, analysis and processes related to CF34 Engine. This will be performed in a multi-functional team environment to meet assigned objectives related to safety, fleet stability and cost benefit. The role has some autonomy, you will work to make decisions, apply concepts to solve engineering moderate challenges, and resolve issues in critical tasks while guided by experienced engineers for those cases that are high challenging.
