Executes an operation or a series of operations in the manufacturing process within a production line, under direct supervision of group leaders, receives certified training in the operations of the assigned areas, either Fiber Optics or Electromechanics. Additionally, receives On the Job Training in operational skills when lacking required experience, and upon certification, is assigned a workstation. Performs administrative activities as required to develop the function.

• Revises materials of the model to produce.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workspace.
• Completes production reports.
• Uses the appropriate tool for the operation.
• Performs operations according to established work instructions.
• Complies with established safety rules.
• Complies with the internal work regulations.
• Inspects quality points in their operation.
• Communicates to the team when detecting failures.
• Executes operations based on authorized procedures, methods, and work instructions. Suggests changes in manufacturing processes.
• May participate in additional activities such as safety brigades, joint safety commissions, and dining room review commissions, according to plant needs.

This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Security, Health, and Environment Management System, its Policy, standards, and applicable procedures.

Completed primary education and/or secondary education.
